We started as a flour mill in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Today, General Mills is a global food company with more than 100 brands sold in over 100 countries. More than 30,000 employees, alongside a network of farmers, suppliers and partners around the world, make that possible.

How we think about food

Good food has to fit into everyday life. Easy to find, easy to prepare and flexible enough to fit different households, budgets and dietary preferences.

We know it’s much more than what’s on a plate – it’s how our ingredients are grown by farmers, how our food is made with care and ultimately how it makes its way into someone’s home.
